just throwing this one out there, but I personally like the aspect of the night lords which doesnt follow chaos at all, but recognizes those that do as pawns of a power they don't understand--all the while continuing the long war against the false emperor. Who's with me? Chaos only perverts our ultimate goal. Fear is a means to an end. DEATH TO THE FALSE EMPEROR!
Well this ofc, but first I want to see how will they implement Chaos boons in game - their positive & negative aspects. I'm personally not going to sacrifice stats just for the sake of lore, since this is a PVP game after all.
With the knowledge of the dev team being 40k fanatics, one would hope they have an untainted path for NightLords. But you're right most will want to min/max for potency, myself being one of them.

The only real night lord was the night haunter himself, the rest of them were just there so he could be like, "Okay, I'm gonna head down there, capture their leader, brutally torture him on Live T.V. and tie all his followers up into a giant Human Centi-Palace.
