Folks I had an interesting idea of organization I want to employ within the Guild. I'm still working the bugs out, but I think it would be good when it comes to a heated fire fight or when we prepare for a defense or an assault.

Firstly, as you all know there are various weapon types to go against specific units.
Boltgun > Infantry
Plasma Gun > Heavy Infantry
Heavy Bolter > multiple Infantry
LasCannon > Tanks
Melta Gun > Tanks
Chain Sword > Infantry
Power Fist > Tanks
Lighting Claws > Heavy Infantry

So I want to organize our forces to remember their weapon type as a "Tier" call sign. So when we are in the heat of battle I can quickly call for Tier class units to deal with specific unit types on the field.

Tier ONE units are those who deal with standard Infantry. This is all weapon types
Tier TWO units are those with more devastating weapons to handle Heavier units like Terminators and Tanks.
Their THREE are those who deal with Crowd control weapons. Weapons like a Heavy Bolter, Autocannon, Missile Launcher, and Flamers. Basically anything that makes them go to cover.
