?

A bundle should contain

  1. Fishtank Termie-class shoes

  2. Golden dual-wield auto-cannons

  3. Waterfall Termie skin

  4. Pimp-ass Predator with spinning rims

  5. Enough RTP to buy ALL THE NEW STORE THINGS even though the best gear is still ingame

Then let us say, for simplicity's sake, if not counting all the extra goodies like RTPs/items/etc. etc., that each individual faction in the $60 pack is really only $10, considering with the F2WAAGH! you can play completely free without buying the $60 pack at all, with the downsides being your restricted access to the Ork faction and absolutely no access to the other factions.

If I am playing F2WAAGH! and only want to fully unlock the Orks, with no intention of playing the other 3 factions that I do not have any access to at all I should pay ~$10-15 and have full access to the Ork faction, only. If I later want to add only a single faction from among the Eldar/CSM/SM, I should pay ~$10-15 to unlock one of them. Or I could pay ~$30-45 to unlock all three, for a total price-tag of $40-60, depending on if unlocking a faction also gives some RTPs/items/etc.etc.. This, to me, = Sense

What =/= sense to me is; I am playing F2WAAGH! and only have limited access to the Ork faction, without the ability to play Eldar/SM/CSM at all. If I want to unlock full access to only the Ork faction, I have to pay for all of the factions.

True, but the difference between WoW and EC is: in WoW, you already have access to Dwarves even if you are playing for free, so you not using them is a personal choice. In EC, if F2WAAGH! you have limited access to the Orks and don't have any access to Eldar/SM/CSM so you cannot play them even if you wanted to without paying for them.

Thanks for the update Nathan. Exciting to hear as always.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO VOTE FOR! Why isn't there an "All of the Above" option in any poll around here!?
    EDIT: I VOTE EVERYTHING! MUAHAHAHA!

Like mentioned above, an option to unlock Ork faction for F2W is a good one and needs to be investigated.

Will there be any option to pre-order all new factions or bundles? Like subscription or season pass?

And now for my obligatory bitching/moaning/negativity/constructive criticism.
.... This is yet another reason why I feel that it was a good decision that I have totally ditched the Ork Faction. :(

As you can see in this poll here, Orks are going to be significantly Underpopped if there is no F2W on Launch.

And I feel sorry for anyone that still wants to Main an Ork, as it looks like you guys are going to have a hard time competing against the other Factions. o_O

Reasons I feel that the Ork Faction will most likely be gimped:

    1. Launch is released without F2W, meaning their Faction will be significantly Underpopped. Which may make it difficult to bring their maximum number of players to all of their Continent Matches.
But maybe the planned Faction Alliance System will come into play here, where the Ork Faction Leaders grovel to the other Faction Leaders, in the hope that one of these Factions that mutually hate them with a burning passion will agree to ally with them....

    2. F2W is later implemented, meaning their Faction will be significantly Overpopped. Which may mean that many Ork players will have to wait in Queue for Continent Matches.

    3. As most of the Ork players will be F2W, it means that most Ork players will not have access to the more powerful classes, therefore their side will be seriously gimped in most matches.

Therefore the Orks really need some kind of buff in most matches to balance them with the other Factions. Don't they?

And in regards to future new Factions, won't they be seriously gimped in comparison to the other existing Factions, due to their players not having any of their Sidegrades/Upgrades unlocked? While many of the other Faction players will have a significant amount of their Sidegrades/Upgrades unlocked by this stage....

  7. Not having a sidegrade should not, in the majority of cases, lead to gimping people. If it does, the item in question may not be a sidegrade at all... ;)

True. But I'm personally very skeptical that all of the so-called "Sidegrades" in this game will actually in fact be Sidegrades, and not actually direct "Upgrades" in reality. o_O

It will be EXTREMELY difficult for the devs to ensure that every Weapon, Armor, Mod and Skill are a direct Sidegrade to the original starting/default Gear and Skills.

There will also be many players that won't like this "Sidegrading" form of "leveling", as they will feel that they aren't "Leveling Up/Progressing" like they are used to, in comparison to most of the other MMO games they have played in past, where they get more and more powerful as they play.

when a free to waagh want to play the full faction can buy the game: games recive discout -75% -80%

for sure we will not have f2W at release: the game fight for add more players in the same zones so adding f2w player until the servers are ready to support them is not a great idea: and when that happen the game will be discounted.

people 6 months after the release will find thre game discounted. no need of "pay 15$ for only a faction!!!!"

because they can buy the FULL game discounted and for the same 15-20$ get the FULL game.

the base game will recive larger and larger discount for attract new players. new players will buy the RTP items budles/dlc etc etc...

    look at steam sales: https://store.steampowered.com/mobilestorefront

EC will probally be on steam and like others game will get huge discount.
