Greetings from the SOCA Battalion. As of recently i have began constructing the format for the birth of a new company with in SOCA for Eternal Crusade as Space Marines. Myself as the Company Commander. I have a close HQ element that have in depth knowledge of the Lore of Warhammer 40000 and i will be ensuring the Company follows the Codex as closly as possible in order to not commit heracy. My standards for recruitment are and will remain high as i seek mature individuals that have a high degree of team spirit, from Australia and no younger than 18, no exeptions (no exeptions (no exeptions)). The initial squads raised will be two Tactical Marine squads consisting of ten men each with a squad leader, 2IC and 3IC Once the Alpha is released training will begin immidiatly. Those that prove to be cunning leaders will be given squad leader roles. Those that prove to be highly skilled in combat will be the first to be moved to the first Assault Marine squad and Devistator Marine squad depending on their specialities. Those that prove to be highly skilled with in those squads and meet the criteria which is only known to HQ but follows the Codex Lore as closly as possible, will be rewarded with elite possitions of high tactical importance in order to provide the Company with essensial support on the battlefield. As it is still very early days for this game, recrutment will not occour until all the final administration is completed and has passed approval by SOCA HQ itself.
