You do not die from 1 hit of an AG, come on now. I've watched the burn debuff bar on AG hits, it barely applies any stacks to the bar and debuffs do VERY minor damage at low stacks. At max range I think AC is doing what, 112 damage or something? with 100 armor, 200 hp and 100 toughness it would be impossible to die in anything less than 2 shots(being head shots most likely). Melee range they do like 130ish I believe but still, even with a headshot I don't think that's enough to one shot you.
So what's unique? The WP being forced to using a crappy reskinned power maul? He has the same grenades, stats, armor, etc. I fail to see exactly what's unique or beneficial. The regular Apoth at least has an option for a bolter and the chainsword out performs a maul.
The real issue here is that people are expecting things to be done instantly and are being impatient. Their team isn't exactly large so it takes time for them to do things. I'm frustrated as hell that the game isn't balanced or polished enough to be considered released as well but I'm not whining about it. Look at the other races/class combos there's nothing "unique" about them either you can't expect the lsm to be unique when the other races have less uniqueness. I mean shit they can't make them all play super special snow flake unique most of the stuff will be aesthetics. As far as the power maul goes no it's better then you give it credit for Eldar and Orks don't have anything equal on standing for the power maul it wins clangs vs all eldar weapons and everything but the electric axe and pklaw for orks. Before you say orks have a equivalent I'll throw this out there the clubba is on par with the power sword for durability and has 60 less penetration than the power maul so it's not as good it just shares damage stats with it but nothing else. If you wanna use a bolter field some tacticals it's what LSM are lacking horribly every.
Expressing an opinion is not whining. I am stating the issues that I see and run into just as you do, and others. I am not crying, I am not sad, I am confused at their priorities however. I do not expect things to be done instantly, I get it takes time. When you have major issues and game breaking problems that affects entire races, I see that as something that should be addressed asap.
Yeah.. a single hit from that range, and behind cover depleting their shields entirely. No issue whatsoever. It's a good thing you don't see this under performing weapon spammed constantly from CSM players. For the record, RoF never killed in a single melee hit either.

PC spamming is just another massive issue thats been brought up since early alpha and still hasn't been corrected. One more example of them not listening to the community.
