Don't use "Eternal Crusade" then, because you're clearly not asking what the weakest class in the game is. You're asking what's the weakest out of those choices, but there are at least two classes that are weaker and have always been weaker than anyone else. Those two are the Dark Reaper at dead last place, and then you've the Painboy. -------------- The hawk isn't fantastic, but it serves a good role on the battlefield and it produces a lot of value for the team. That leaves the ground assaults for the other 3 factions, out of which the slugga is the worst mainly due to his inferior reach. The other two can lock-on and spam RMB to kill a tactical that tries to run away, but a slugga will never catch up with the fleeing tactical. That speaks volumes, and as such, it's the worst class out of those 4 even if the slugga can cap.
Quite honestly all of these are average, if not above average in strength. If there's a weak class it's honestly probably Striking Scorpion. There's nothing it can do right now that a Banshee can't do better, camo doesn't compensate for the low pen weapons, especially when you can be equally stealthy by just controlling your banshees movements and minimizing fire until springing an ambush.
Honestly the single weakest class in the game currently. We are really struggling, have been for a while.
Have you tried the reaper launcher lately? Deadly and accurate, it's quite good. The Shuriken Cannon could use a buff of some kind though.
Starswarm is legitimately useless unless it was changed without mention in the patch, Starshot got a 3 second cool down added between shots and even before that it had the longest charge time of any PC equivalent by quite a substantial amount, the Tempest is still riddled with bugs, still lacks brace and has a pathetic 70m on it's mortar mode, although it's still a good weapon with a large learning curve and the Shuriken Cannon is simply a less accurate HB. The long range specialist is currently beat at long range by every faction. Edit, 3 second delay was fixed
Can we remove starswarm? its the only reason devs keep nerfing the only usable fire mode (make it an auto cannon and give us an eldar missile launcher which actually has different ammo types and use starshot for that, many tears )
