I wonder what kind of fifth craftworld choices we will have. Alaitoc sounds a bit boring compared to some smaller craftworlds. Or maybe we will end up like black templars. Gw intervenes and we will not have any polls and just alaitoc as 5th cw.
Yea I think most people wanted the black templars anyway as they are crusaders, but did GW decide it? I hope for Mymeara because I know a cool Shadow spectre from their craftworld
I think Miguel hinted that way. Gw may want main chapters first into the game before any others. So it may happen to Eldar too. But only time will tell. And by ''we wont have any polls'' I mean that Alaitoc is our only last big CW. And smallers could be in same role as second founding chapters.
It would be a shame... I too thing that Alaitoc is just a boring choice (although I like rangers, but since they will probably not be in at launch it don't really make sense to me). A minor craftworld like Altansar would be more interesting IMO; Dark Reaper is their main warrior aspect and the suspicion directed toward them by the other craftworlds could add a flavor of political tension within the faction. I would be glad to see Lugganath implemented as well, but since it is bounded to the harlequins and corsairs - and that their aren't that popular - I highly doubt that it will be a sub-faction choice at launch.
Altansar, Yme-Loc and Mymeara sound good on paper. E: But rationally thinking Alaitoc would be solid choice because it's one of the big five. And their specialization does not sound so bad when read from codex; On the battlefield, they favour stealth and misdirection over brute force, killing silently and with guile wherever they can.
