Did you read the source? The dev is quite explicit that "Just to be clear, the concept arts revealing the factions are depicting the sub-factions (Craftworlds, Chapters, Legion and Clans). Not the classes that will be available in game." Plus he lists the current classes and Guardians are clearly not present.

These classes aren't even final at this point. I think when the eldar actually make it into the tests, then we can start pinning things down.

Especially if Ulthwe is the 5th faction, they are said to have the only standing army of guardians.

The Craftworlds are overrated, respectfully. I'd suggest a more...theatrical option.

Seriously though, in response, the Exodites are cool and all, but they still need to fear Slaanesh. The Harlequins, Solitaires aside, do not. Not to mention, they are literally the attack dogs of the only god besides the Emperor of Mankind who can't really be considered evil.
