So...torn... Ulthwe is definitely a favorite, though I've seen loads of hate towards Ulthwe. Again, each their own. Biel-tan all the way.
To hate Ulthwé is a crime against all that is Eldar. We are the Eternal Sentinels, standing our watch over the Eye of Terror, casually frying the enemy with mind-bullets. THIS. IS. ULTHWÉ
I choose to serve beside the Eldar of Ulthwe. I love all the Craftworlds equally, so the primary decision is the color scheme so Ulthwe wins in that regard for me. I understand that it's fame has given it something of a negative reputation for some Eldar fans in comparing them to the Ultramarines, but you know what? I'm a fan of the Ultramarines too. Gosh dang it, I'm of fan of everything that is in Warhammer 40k. I love all the lore, I love all the races, I love all the characters, I love all the books, and I love the tabletop game even if I've never played the tabletop game before! I love every single bit of the universe that Games Workshop has created and I love everyone of you. Yes you! You who make this community grand and I am proud to be among you all. If this game is anything as good as the community I've seen so far, I can happily say that it is going to be one hell of a ride. Eldar are still the master race, however.
You pretty much hit the nail on the head Google: Ulthwe are to the Eldar as the Ultramarines are to the Space Marines. Now, I have love for all the Craftworlds: all have their own special place in the lore and of course, ulthwe has to deal with a constant vigilance on the Eye of Terror, so that makes them pretty damn bad ass in my opinion. This is revving up to be quite the ride, yes :3 Master Race, of course!
