We sure will, seems the rokkit pokkit is better. But don't despair Saeritan, orkz will get more cosmetics to make up for it! I predict, as many blue pants variations as we can handle! (but if your mind drifts to Eldar, forget it. Cosmetics aren't for you lot)
Okay DAT sounds like lag ta me. We takes more damage from da back so yer shots must not 'ave been hittin', or laggin'. I knows fer a fact dat if we gets shot in da bum we'z dead REAL quick. From da front we'z much tuffa. Even me Nob goes down quick dat way.
I just want more Ork AV. Since we have three options. Rokkit, Klaw and Zzap gun. As well as grenades, though a bundle of two Stikky Stikkbombs costs 200lp. One alone costs 70. Just under three times the LP cost for just two grenades. Now I can't particularly comment on Eldar, as while i do play them occasionally i don't particularly run AV. LSM Have, in no particular order. Three grav weapons, two meltas a lascannon, a power fist an two grenades. CSM have all of these but Grav. Eldar have, as far as i know but @Saeritan please correct me here. Two launchers (Reaper/Tempest), a fusion gun (Also as a default loadout, not taking up a custom slot and accessible without buying anything.) Melta bombs and haywire grenades on Fire Dragons and Swooping Hawks respectfully. So thats our 5 to the LSM 9, CSM 6 and Eldar 5. As far as i know for Eldar. Though, the klaws currently somewhat broken with a really really slow melee attack. This means that, the most used loadout for AV is Rokkits with two Stikky grenades. The Zzap gun leaves you too vulnerable to be a roaming tank hunter because you literally cannot defend yourself well other than Dbashing.
With the changes to rokkit you cannot really defend yourself apart from get lucky with a pistol but all the best cost too much LP without borking the AV build
For Eldar AV Haywire doesn't really do damage anymore and is the weaker grav slow on tanks Tempest is an AI weapon not AV No fists/claws Meaning the only AV or usable AV is the Reaper Launcher, Melta bomb and gun, adding up to 3 I wouldn't class the hay wire or Fusion pistol as Av right now as they are very very weak and slow and would never kill a tank unless used on a dragon or with a dragon with some timing and even then I can't remember if the nerf affected that very hard.
The Tempest Launcher isn't really an anti tank weapon, it just pitiful damage to tanks. It's anti tank in the same way a power sword is anti tank, y'know? Reaper launcher is the Lascannon equivalent, Fusion Gun is a meltagun and while yes, it is available on a default load out you're gimping yourself without a melta bundle, which basically means that if you are going to play a fire dragon, and you havn't just started, you'll have a custom load out for it. On the topic of the melta bundle, yes, it can instantly kill one tank, but it's worth noting that everyone elses melta bombs deal ~80% of an Eldar tank's hp, rather than the 50% our melta bombs deal to other tanks, due to the reduced HP on Eldar tanks. Paying 240 LP for 20% more damage than everyone else who pays 120 LP doesn't seem so unfair to me. Also Haywire is an actual support weapon, not the 'fake' support weapon that the Grav Gun is. Haywires can't kill a tank on their own, they can barely scratch it, but they can slow it down enough for other AT to get to work. Edit: @Xi0 's signature just reminded me we also have the Fusion Pistol, but we don't talk about that, it's too sad. We'd need a solitaire to play the role of the Dire Avenger with a fusion pistol going through the nerf, anyone else would go mad.
I cant believe Im saying this but I agree with Destroya... (The world will now end) No one can unload an entire Storm Bolter into an Orks back and still have him standing the most health you can currently get an Ork is the mid 400ish so either you missed a lot or you were lagging really badly.
