Eventually some space marines are going to complain that they're dying at all and calling whatever killed them OP and needs to be nerfed.
I agree, all one shot mechanics are complete bollocks, there should always be a way out, the only option should never just be "well that's it, I've been hit with a Power Fist / Plasma Cannon / Tank, time to redeploy." The same with weapons that have an endless stream of damage with immaculate accuracy and enormous damage with dots (See Auto Cannon cheese) As far as I'm concerned that can be lumped in with the above. I haven't included Laz Cannon in the above as there is always ample warning to escape that. When I die to a Laz Cannon it always feels like I deserved it. Power Fist quick attack doesn't 1 shot (as it should be) Power Fist strong attack does. I'm not sure if I agree with it or not. Its similar to the Laz Cannon, by the time your hit with a Power Fists strong attack you have had ample opportunity to evade. Every kill and every death in this game should feel honest and earn't.

Death inflicted by rokkit launcha is definitely earned, because, unlike brainless jpa rmb spam, rokkit launcha requires skill and prediction. Besides, as Thraka stated above, you guys don't have any rights to complain about rokkit launchas, since you have plasma, which is far more easy to use and far more killy.

Dat plasma cannons and plasma guns are incomparably more accurate and more versatile AI weapons than rokkit launcha, they require significantly less time to charge for AOE blast, they can shoot with small busrts of plasma with deadly accuracy, unlike rokkit launcha.
