Determination and practice! I couldn't even draw a smooth line with the mouse in paint to start with but with time and not giving up, I can now draw semi reasonably. As long as you stick with it- you can make nearly any tools dance and sing for you; no matter how awful they seem.

Now actually drawing the subject you want is a whole other kettle of fish.

Never really thought that deeply into it but I guess it's a sort of outpost in an arid landscape for me- kinda got that lazy heathaze and stuff. Although it changes from time to time.

Interesting, I always had the image we were on a Strike cruiser or a star fortress waiting to deploy to Arkhona and we all had got Space Fever from waiting so long.
