SERIOUS DISCUSSION TIME (considering this thread has derailed like mad, we need this) Should Orkz be converted as servitors for the imperium? I mean, servitors like gun servitors even though they're weaker then Astartes they're still better then the average imperial guardsman. Plus they have undieing loyalty for the imperium! Plus there plenty of orkz! Thus plenty of servitors to make! Would it even remotely be possible?
It is kinda possible, considering they will do everything for money and gear, and the richest place around is the Imperium
That is actually... A very serious question. I suppose it would be a good idea, the only problem is CAN they turn Orks into Servitors? And would the Mechanicus even be willing to do it?
Orkz could in theory be a decent idea for servitors due to their masses and physical prowess however, when an ork dies it releases millions of spores which grow into more orks so effectively distributing them as servitors would create untold numbers of ticking time bombs.
Servitors have their mind wiped and replaced with programming. They don't need money, they don't desire anything, they simply live to serve, hence the name "servitor". Hell, they don't even need food, drink or any life needs.
First, how do you catch all those orkz ? we are not talking about 1k or 10k we are talking about a lot more
