Not sure I agree. She's had anger issues before, due to Scarlet Witch's power. Plus she did nearly die, but ended up in a coma, eventually woke up to find her cousin Bruce Banner had been murdered, all thanks to her friend Carol Danvers! So I kind of understand the Anger Issues, especially as she's a Hulk. Not sure about the colour change though, even if it is a Hulk-thing (How many looks and colours has the Incredible Hulk had?).

Most Hulk's supposedly get their power from Rage. The angrier they get the stronger they get. Then there are the Hulk's who get it from other facets of their personality, like A-Bomb's self-belief or the aforementioned Amadeus Cho. Yet that doesn't mean they can't go on a rampage if they lose their temper. Jennifer Walters' She-Hulk used to be the Latter, though she was originally savage as a hulk when she first became one until she gained control, then she lost that control and reverted to her savage persona round about 2004 or earlier. This was due to her being irradiated by Jack of Hearts which was caused by Scarlet Witch slowly losing it as part of the Disassembled storyline in Avengers. Here's the cover of She-Hulk's original comic. Though she seemed to bequeath the Savage-title to her Niece Lyra, who is also a Hulk.
