Honestly people here are extremely pissed where I am, another attack and I would expect to see people getting very hostile towards Muslims because patience can last only so long when it stabs you back, honestly who can blame them, how can people live normal lives when attacks like these happen, they targeted an event that was loaded with fucking children. I for one have parents visiting a Green Day concert soon in the UK, I swear to god if anything happens to them...
The concert bombing was in the city of Manchester. The recent attack was in London. @DaKaptin's post had a link and reference to the London Spirit. http://forum.eternalcrusade.com/thr...-heretics-reside.1420/page-20074#post-1513591 And you start talking about the bombing. It's easy to see how someone can think you were talking like that happened in London. http://forum.eternalcrusade.com/thr...-heretics-reside.1420/page-20074#post-1513596 So who's taking things out of context?
Who says we're ignoring the issue? US media? The same guys who have said that UK cities have no-go areas for police? Just because we have the attitude of "I'm not letting this shit stop me from living my life." or "If we let them change our fundamental values then we've given them a victory." doesn't mean we are not doing anything about the problem. We're just not resorting to useless Rhetoric and Knee-jerk reactions. We don't have many Islam Apologists in the UK, at least not as great a proportion as the US has. What we have are a large proportion of the population who have lived side-by-side with muslims for decades. Have you ever been to the UK? I don't think you have and just judge it based on the biased media in your own country.
Panic does nothing but get your people killed. Hate doesn't work either. They tried that during the first and second World Wars. It was part of British standard military training to get soldiers to hate the enemy by saying things like they'll rape your wives, butcher your families, etc. Didn't work, just drove soldiers into either a killing frenzy or doing something stupid that'd get them and others dead on the battlefield, including disobeying orders. And the Japanese did even worse, saying that American troops would rape the Japanese soldiers. Is it any wonder why the Japanese military resorted to suicidal attacks quite quickly? Modern military training instills determination in soldiers. And Determination will see people like Kim Jong Un dealt with better than either Love or Hate would. You make it sound as bad as Afghanistan or Iraq for Terrorist attacks in the UK. They're in more danger just travelling to the UK from whatever country their in, and modern transport is pretty safe. The US is far more dangerous than the UK due to its level of guncrime, yet I don't hear our American forum members making comments like yours when they have relatives going to events in the US.
Yeah shooting are a problem in America but also different, gun owners don't jury rig bombs and walk into children concerts mate, a gun shot doesn't blow limbs apart or leave as horrific damage on survivors, poor comparison, plus in America you can own a gun yourself, our weapon laws are strict as hell, I have to be 20 to buy a screwdriver lol, at this attack people had to throw tables and chairs because they had zero armaments against a knife attacker
Until that time a bunch of farmers in some distant colony beat it. Well there are thousands of knife and axe attacks here too, guns aren't the only tool people use for violence. Shitty people will always find ways to do shitty things. We haven't had a truck or bus attack in the US yet though, and for that I'm thankful.

Police had not confirmed the identity of the gunman but a man reportedly called Channel Seven's newsroom during the standoff and said "This is for IS. This is for al-Qaeda"
