The moderate muslims are the ones who don't actually follow the core belief. ISIS is the one who follows pure Islam.
Even the ones who don't follow the bits about, striking off the fingers of your enemies, still believe women are property, gays are immoral, those who leave Islam are the Devil's cock sore, Western Culture needs to accommodate Islam more, and so on. There are a few moderates who have been exceptions though, and vocally try to raise awareness for the bullshit in Islam, so good on them at least.
