Do you know about the Poppy Appeal in the UK? For Remembrance Day and Remembrance Sunday (Veterans Day in the US?) in the UK all these fake red poppies are made and sold to raise money for the Royal Legion and support our veterans. It was inspired by the poem In Flanders Field. View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K6BlOkpdkg8 The thing is, some time back there was a movement by Pacifists to wear White Poppies instead of the Red ones as they saw these Red Poppies as glorifying war. When I heard this I thought "Why?" as the Red Poppy represents the blood spilled and the lives lost in war. Not the glorification of war, but the remembrance of what we've lost. In the UK you don't see people wearing white poppies in the run up to or on Remembrance Day. But you see plenty of Red Poppies.
How often do you see Necromancers in stuff like State of Decay and the Walking Dead? Does anybody ever say that? How many zombies do you see that are not decomposed pulling people down and stuff? At least with the T Virus and shit you get "Oh yeah, it's fine because it gives the undead super powers and shit." Also, the critique is as pointless as the original post that I am quoting. So, you know.
That's correct. Never. Necromancy is fine, because it is magic. Magic is nebulous and has no basis in reality. We cannot say "magic doesn't work that way" because we don't have magic to make such a model.
