I have never liked, nor understood the purpose of "legacy heroes".

The characters are not real, they don't die nor grow old of age, and Marvel and DC have re-nigged the timeline several times CANONICALLY (Flashpoint anyone?) so it could be canon for them to "stay young forever" And The fans easily fall in love with the first one the most. ( The only exception to this rule Iv'e ever seen is GL and people STILL like Scott Allen. I know I do) Why make different people for the same hero? Especially when nothing new to the table is brought. It's not like their actors that need to fill a role or need to get replaced.

Ok here's an example: JPV (batman, "Knightfall")

Batman breaks his back and has to lay low for a while and JPV (formally known as "Azreal") takes his place.

Now why can't DC just say that Azreal is filling in and skip forward to when bruce is healed? Why do they need to add "character filler"?

When I read "The Hulk" I want THE HULK not some person who went and did the same things as the hulk and got the same powers FUCK THAT, I want the Bruce banner I grew up to love.

Im calling it a regressive incarnation because It shares the ONE MAJOR trait of all SJWs and progressives in general: Constantly reminding people of "social inequality" and themselves.

They can't just have a comic like a normal writers. They NEED to bring politics into this.

Ever read "Static shock"? He was one of the first groundbreaking black superheroes in the early 90's NOWHERE in the series to you hear anything about "black issues" or "racial tension" Static was just an ordinary superhero. The writers even say that they didn't want some "political statement" out of static. They just wanted a hero. They did pretty good too. I loved the series.

Now let's look at what marvel has been doing.......

They are CLEARLY highlighting the issue some people in the "hammerless thor" (see what I did there? hue hue) of having a female superhero. Even so that the villain doesn't want to fight because of "girl power".

On the cover it says "Ask me about my feminist agenda"

A "bad guy" throws a grenade at a "good guy" saying and I quote "Consider this your trigger warning".....

That one scene where there is this[IMG]

The common theme being the constant bias in real life political issues. making one side out to be the bad guy to influence readers to think a certain manner.

It didn't look like that to me.
It looked like Marvel couldn't think up a response for Thorina to say so they just have her hit him. Would it kill the writers to write some clever comeback to what Kreel was saying?

Remember that the writers are the gods of the comics they write.

If they want to make a feminist appear like the hero, they can do it.

If they want to make Donald Trump appear like a villain, they can do that too.

What pisses me off is that when given the option to the classic argument of feminizing characters MIRACULOUSLY given by Crusher Kreel, (Almost like Marvel or DC got tired of this argument and wanted to take their frustration out on somebody with it) They didn't say anything They just brushed it under the rug.

Now Magos, Ive always respected you because you don't focus things being "right or wrong" so much as you focus on things being "true and false" You are a man of facts, not opinions, and you stick to them. Not swaying to either side of a conflict and there's nothing wrong with that. Heck you can go most of your life doing that and come out fine.

However you tend to take things at face value. Blinding yourself to what people are trying to do in terms of influence and public coercion. You can't see this on a micro level, no one can, only a macro level, and if you see it and put it into context of what else is going on in the world and connect the dots, the message becomes clear.

That doesn't mean a damn thing. The message is out there and that's all that matters.

Your analysis is wrong, Marvel didn't publish this trash and put it on the cover by mistake. They did not put Trump as a villian and Trudeau as a hero by accident. They did not have Red Skull invoke the right wings concerns and then have his followers become terrorists as an oversight. It's not about disagreement, you just fail to comprehend the obvious.

If you can't see that just replacing Thor, one of the masculine gods of the North, is SJW as fuck, you're absolutely hopeless. Particularly with Thorina doing so against the will of the gods.
