Well there is some misunderstandings of North Korea. Like the idea that starvation is so endemic they eat dogs. There is starvation, they do eat dogs. It's just that eating Dog in N. Korea is a delicacy, and there are those that eat dog in S. Korea. But we must remember that this is a country that would regularly kidnap people from other countries. They kidnapped a teenage girl off a Japanese beach to make her work as a teacher in N. Korea, and her story was far more horrific than it sounds. Their glorious Leader had his favourite Director and Actress kidnapped from S.
