I had been hoping for an official, verifiable news article as opposed to some YouTube videos (especially as I am at work and don't currently have the ability to watch these for a few hours), but I'll check it out and give them an opinion in a bit.
For one it's verifiable, it's by Stefan Molyneux, he's spoken on a great deal of subjects and is a very intelligent man.

A Podcaster is not a verifiable source of information, regardless of the individual's personal intelligence. So unless you feel like posting his source for this info so we can verify it's actual truth, I'm not sure your statement that these safe spots exist (when there is evidence to the contrary) is actually viable. This'll have to wait then until I get home in 4 hours for research.
Nah we have this shit what like four if not more times a week... Trump's glorious victory just makes this happen more often now anyway... I've not seen him lie so far, no doubt he does but as from what I've seen he hasn't, could be I've not really gone looking for it... Although I just realised because for some reason it is being talked about in the Commons right now, it's world hijab day... Few months early for April Fool's day... The atom bombs saved more lives and possibly the entire Japanese culture, there would have been nothing really left of the Japanese if America invaded. The invasion plan made the D-Day landings look minuscule in comparison. America did ask for Japanese surrender before dropping the first, and again before dropping the next. You cannot act like the Japanese weren't doing the same, there was the plan to have a virus (Can't remember which one but it was some nasty shit) that was to hit the West coast through a balloon or something and it would have fucked over American manufacturing industry. The Japanese would have all fought to the death for the Emperor and that means the women, the children, the elderly and so on, everyone of the Japanese race would have fought to the death. Americans in Europe if they had two or three of them around a German they'd surrender, the Jap would pull out a grenade and try to kill them all. The Japanese are might be were now since they've not been to war for seventy years, highly fanatical to their duty and will see it as their job to get it done completely. Although the American firebombing was probably where things took a much sour turn during WWII as Japanese cities were mostly made of wood... War is war though, it isn't possible to be judged by peace time standards. We do not understand the emotions at the time, if we looked at the Doolittle Raid it was a rather silly idea that wasn't really cost effective but they went through with it practically for a moral boosting reason and it scared the shit out of the Japanese as they'd be told pretty much from the start the home island is so far away it is untouchable and here the Americans have just bombed the Imperial Palace. I think we all can understand just looking at Aleppo for example it is a ruin of a city now but I cannot say what I'd do be it stay and fight, look for shelter or whatever because I'm not in that situation nor have I been in one similar to it but personally I don't feel like running from my country when it is dying is what I'd do.
They don't exist, not yet. Frankly they wouldn't have ever existed until someone had the balls to do something. The king of Saudi and the crown prince of jordan have agreed to work together with donald trump to create safe zones
Oh I'm not debating that Japan would have done something similar, I'm simply stating that civilians die the most in war and to believe America has ever been innocent of murdering civilians is just ignorance, which I hope to eliminate if ever possible. And admittedly part of me likes the "victory or death, no surrender" view Japan had at the time, very Grim-Dark in its own way. But yeah, that was really the point I was trying to make there. Again sir, verifiable news coverage is far better than your personal belief and the words of a single Podcaster. More information is required for me to believe this is actually a thing.
