In the Alpha, I slaughtered with it. I just used the Warlord so much that I've not used the Berserker in so long. You're supposed to be dodge a lot more with the Berserker and speed around them countering attacks that way while for the most part the Warlord is to block the shit out of them and usually let them use their Stamina up to finish them off.
