She looks to be mainly a high-born Craftworld Eldar, possibly even a Farseer, yet her feet are bare suggesting an Exodite, and her sword seems to be a Dark Eldar Husk Blade. The Visarch, Sword of Ynnead. His armour does look as though it is based on a mix of Craftworld and Kabalite armour, but looks to be of a more ancient design as though derived from Pre-Fall designs.
