I'm not implying they're gonna merge right now. BUT THERE IS A EXAMPLE of a Dark Eldar who found peace in Craftworld Alaitoc. They can save themselves, and the emissary has her weapons exactly.

They're not even protesting anything other than the fact someone won an election and they didn't like the results. People can protest but don't expect anyone to give two shits if your message is "he won and I didn't like it, so now I through meself a temper tantrum."
