Urm, no, he says it's a total fake. It was Buzzfeed and CNN who said it was leaked, pretty much everyone else gave them shit for such a low quality unsubstantiated document. The 4chan thing was never confirmed to my knowledge, but it has more credibility than the document itself. It was never really taken seriously by anyone but CNN, the Buzzfeed head almost immediately backtracked and said it was totally unreliable information. So only the biggest liars on the mainstream media and fools gave it any credence.
CIA has evidence. People ask to see said evidence. CIA doesn't want to show it. CIA still want people to just trust them. CIA has a perfect record for their previous claims when people were told to trust them. If the CIA was more trustworthy perhaps people would believe them but after the last couple of decades they've been less than believably.

No, we fuck up our own waters thank you. Many people refuse to drink water out of the tap depending which county they are in.
