Wait, in a sense that Soulstorm was the last good game or the "nail-in-the-coffin" game? I thought Soulstorm didn't do too well.

Depends, people say Soulstorm sucked while others love it for the mods. The UA Mod trumps all other DOW games.

It totally depends on who you ask.
Me I LOVE soulstorm for it's vast diversity in kinds of armies and mods, but other people don't like it because of the story it gives.

I kind of like the gameplay tbh. Much better map and I love Macha's gameplay.

See, I never really got into the DoW as much as other 40K fans, but I like this approach as well!

Also I was more into DOW2 then DOW1.

The game was fucking beautiful, and each unit felt powerful....and the satisfaction of a nade wipe was just tooo good.
