    The Mechanicum has special transports that deploy the Titans to the surface, without need for any disassembly.
    I'm not sure about Reaver sized Titans, but smaller ones may even have a form of drop pod it can use for deployment.

    Considering NL are about fear, the "Shock & Awe" of a Land Raider does fit very well with with their ethos.
