What! All I did was point out who and what that picture was off! She's a Forerunner. A inhabitant of an Alternate DC universe where mankind wiped itself out centuries ago (looks like they didn't have a Dark Age) and the other inhabitants of the Solar system re-named Earth Battleworld and used it as a place to settle disputes. Each side would tend to leave their casualties behind from these encounters, so you had Green Martians, Red Saturnians, Mercurians, Venusians, and survivors from the rest of the Nine inhabited worlds thrown together. Nature took its course and you end up with Forerunners. I'm just a little unsure why they look like the DC version of a Dark Elf? Though their powers are kind of cool.
