Conquest mostly. Rule the Underhive, so key objectives would be stuff like access shafts and infrastructure points. I bet you'd get a lot of leeway with the Houses if you can threaten them with collapsing the Hive. I have an general idea for a story, an Inquisition killteam ambushes a gang meeting where some Outlaws(Kronos Infiltrators) are contracting an Escher gang to bring a package into the Underhive that turns out to be a teleportation transponder for the Kronos Consortium, some CSM arrive to secure the package and vicariously save some of the gangers, who are now indebted to them. The gangers are then used as guides, infiltrators and recruiters for what's supposed to be a shadowy conquest. Think I'll use the Necromunda Outlaw table after each battle to decide if they're detected. No I don't have anybody in on it, figured I'd at least develope a draft before getting anyone else in on it. I don't actually know any TT fans in person.
You seem to have a pretty good foothold. The hardest part is getting people. I know what you mean, where i live, no one even knows what warhammer is.
Oh my, the Outlander rulebook says that Necromunda has 10% of their population that develops at least minor (minor enough they don't even know) psyker abilities. This would make the planet a very attractive recruiting world for my Black Hands, who only recruit psykers(psykic com links) Yeah, I was suprised to find out 2 of my friends were familiar with the setting, but neither of them actually play. I figure I have a better chance of getting somebody on board if I've already done most of the leg work. Ultimately I hope to use it as a basis for fannon, build a history for my army and whatnot. Hoping to do this one and a Screaming Vortex campaign at least.
