Yeah now that you mention it House does like to think through everything and all possible outcomes. Even wanted the NCR President to survive his assassination attempt so that he could return to NCR territory be used as the scapegoat and not a martyr for NCR expansion. I mean the President of the NCR, House assumed would kill himself at some point within the NCR anyway so.... I do wonder if House avoids staying out of other people's business because he can't get involved since he's in a tub and Securitrons aren't exactly sneaky or that he genuinely doesn't care what the people do so long as they aren't attacking his image of Vegas. The Legion just wouldn't work, when Caesar dies and Lanius takes over it'd be mass executions for everyone not just some. The Legion is doomed as people follow Caesar not his ideals... I will admit that House knew how to lead by using the NCR at every point he could. The idea of Vegas never being able to become something greater than what it is if you go Independant is quite annoying. Even if you're a good Courier... =/ As you said with Big Mountain with the technology you get from there you could easily turn Vegas into a technological paradise rivaling Boston and everything the Brotherhood want. Well isn't Trump's ratings going through the roof after saying stuff like POWs aren't war heroes, almost all Mexicans are rapists and thieves?
