    Sounds like a part of my DE army.

    In its background I have some Exodite planets near a Commorraghan outpost where my Kabal is based. The Exodites have formed their tribes and clans with Wych-like troops (because their planets are like giant arenas). I call them the Cult of the Liger's Claw.
