    There is literally no advantage any faction has that Tyranids or Necrons cannot counter or altogether circumvent.

    Leviathan is a SCOUT fleet and the galaxy is struggling just to hold by.

    No race in the galaxy knows how to permanently stop Necrons, who are so superior technologically it's laughable.
