Yes on HH. At the same time or after or during, The Night Haunter had Vulkan. Rivaly is different than one crusade. Attacks on their honor, differences of belief and combat. Would you say the Lion is so much different than the Haunter?
A Primarch is his Legion, sooo I guess I'm going off on their personal grudges. Over time more hatreds will be fostered. But in the long run, the legions will always seek to destroy the other. Imo At least on my first vs. The second doesn't count.
