Nah Its more of an ultimate thing. Like huron blackheart invadere an imperial world, but suddenly the Emperor rises from the Golden Throne reborn and teleports to the World and destroys Huron with mindbullets
You're talking about a handful of Cybermen. I'm talking about an army and fleet with Cyber Kings, using Cyber Pollen. Each world would organise resistance from the PDF, but their Lasguns would be ineffective, even their missile launchers wouldn't do much. Only Meltaguns, Plasma Guns, Multimelta's, PlasmaCannons, Lascannons would surely be effective, with Autocannons and Heavy Bolters possibly effective. But with each destruction of a Cyberman, there would be the release of Cyber Pollen which would start effecting the populace, slowly turning them into Cybermen. There would be Cybermats, possibly Cyber-mites running around sabotaging defence systems. Then there is the Cyber Kings grabbing victims for their internal Cyberman factories or blasting apart your tanks and bunkers. They'd be like the Necrons, incredibly powerful with an opponent facing waves of troops. But instead of resurrecting their fallen, they transform your defeated units into Cybermen. The first the Imperium would know about it is world's going silent. Once Astartes are deployed against them, then a real battle would ensue.
