Played it for about 15 minuites. Still dosent seem that special to me, I dont get the whole "OH ITS NOT POINT N CLICK HACK N SLASH COMBAT, ITS UNIQUE." Tell that to the other games that have already tried/have done the same thing, changing the point n click combat to something new and better isnt exactley new, other than that ive found some of the game meh, even character creation is a bit meh. Guess i'll just have to play a bit more though.
ever play a hour of newvegas you go to save and your game crashs right as your saving so you lose more then two hours of progress and searching for siera madrea things?
I know that feel I hate that theres almost no music for there except unless you add any. Sound track for there defiantly makes it spooky. But I love the design of the ghost people though. wish there was more information about them. I also really like the characters though
Siera madra is especially anoying on hardcore. I never play on anything but hardcore. Even with health regeneration from big empty and implants, the death still creeps forward at fast pace.
Definitely had the game freeze up before I saved, but my gods, so on my first time in Fallout 3, I had just cleared Dupont Circle for the first time and saved. Much to my despair, I'd saved down in one of those Highway pits, to my back was a steep hill, one of those avalanche of bolders ones, and to my front was a car that was actually on fire and seconds from detonation and my demise. I wasn't sure the climb back up was even possible and I don't know how many times I had to see how fast I could hop/skip/jump/shimmy up the rock wall. The alternative was to go back to the autosave way back before I cleared the Cric. And I do mean cleared (killsterminated of all hostiles), wasn't that high a level so it took tactics and time. Too much good time to lose.
I once got stuck inbetween 2 rocks, autosaved and then got headshot my a Raider sniper... over and over again... I had to go back before I had finished Operation Anchorage, reason why I had to go so far back is I was on the PS3 at the time
