So These Eldar Classes What Exactly Do They Do?

Hello as the title says I'm just wondering what the Eldar classes might have in store mostly because i have no idea what they are about and I'm pretty new to Warhammer 40k. I tried looking at the Warhammer 40k wiki and didn't see much in the way of explanations about said classes. So any insight would be helpful

If i understand your question you are asking about what each class does. To put it in basic terms:
Dark Reapers are kinda ranged "artillery/suppression" units. Wont last long in melee.
Fire Dragons are shorter ranged anti tank and flamer people. Not great range and not great in melee.
Swooping Hawks are highly mobile units that can fly, may not be flight in game, with average mid range firepower and decent at disabling tanks. Not great in melee
Howling Banshees are melee units that strike quickly and hard.Very poor range
Warlocks are psykers whose powers buff friendly units and can damage enemies.
Dire avengers are mid-range decent firepower and okay in melee.
Striking Scorpion are stealth melee units that are meant to surprise and strike. Not great range

What he said. If you look at the models on Games Workshop, you should get a pretty good idea. Eldar do not have the flexibility of a tactical squad as Eldar walk a single path at a time. Each of the aspects represents a given way of fighting. So a banshee would not use a shurikan catapult while on that path, only the traditional weapons. That is really why Eldar have more 'classes.' It would not make much sense otherwise.

Dark reapers: heavy armor, heavy weapon guys (AI)
Dire Avengers: medium armor, all around guy, short range on their ranged weapons. (AI)
Swooping hawks: medium armor, fast moving, medium range anti infantry weapons, good for harassment and flanks. (AI)
Fire Dragons: heavy armor, heavy weapons with really short range but devastating effect vs infantry or vehicles. (AV)
Howling banshee: medium armour, fast moving melee class, good against heavy armored infantry. (AI)
Striking Scorpion: heavy armor, stealthy melee class. (AI)
Warlock: psyker with support powers (also some offensive ones), they technically have no armor (they have a psychic shield instead) melee class. (AI)

AI = anti infantry AV = anti vehicles most of the classes can change their weapons to be effective against vehicles or infantry but that's their main role with the defaul equipment.

Check this to learn more about the eldar classes (some of them are not gonna be in the game at release)

reapers can bust light vehicles too, they are shooting missiles after all

Yup, same way that fire dragons can take out infantry, but that's not their primary role unless you take starshot missiles and I'm talking just about their basic loadout.

Also Wraithguard are making an apperance. They are suppose to be our terminator equivilent, our heavy troops. Not sure if Wraithblade's (melee version of wraithguard) will make an apperance but I think the terminators are getting a melee type so we should see these guys.

now why wouldn't we get wraithblades, not the best character to be compared to guards but still, makes sense to have them
