The Imperium's strife against the enemy of the galaxy is an eternal crusade, regardless of how the BT are gimmicked. BT weren't a legion, either, and only first founding are in so far. There are lots of chapters which were left out, it always strikes me as funny to see a certain one whinges the loudest though. The game had to be called something.
Eternal damnation , eternal war , eternal bloodshed, war of the titans, war of the gods and warhammer battle royal or any other name but hay Eternal Crusade is what goes on in Warhammer every book so it fits
Maybe. At the end of the day, it's just a name. BT don't own a trademark for it, they aren't even the only ones to be undertaking a crusade, I don't really see the issue. It's clutching at straws to have a reason to moan over one chapter not being included. Plenty of others weren't, either. Can't include them all.
Dark millennium. Or eternal war. Or grim warfare.(lol) Tbh when I first heard about the game I tought BT would be in because of the name. Its quite a common mistake. Maybe the ones that whinge loudest since they are so many are on to something... But im tired of this discussion about missed oportunities. For now we have what we have and lets be content with that.
I see a lot of "moaning" around on other threads aswell. People have the right to express their opinion whether we like it or not. Maybe because of the big following BT has its more apparent the "moaning". Again its a name commonly associated with BT lore hence the confusion. They also use a lot in the grim future there is only war said by sigismund but never saw him in a game before. Unfortunately.
I didn't say there's no moaning elsewhere, merely that it is louder in some parts. I never denied anyone's right to voice their opinion, either. I also never denied there's a big following, plenty of chapters which aren't in have a good following. However the devs have made very clear why they aren't in, so frankly people need to get over it. It's only one chapter, one I personally like too, but I'd never get butthurt over any chapter being left out. If neither of my TT Marine armies, Ultras or Sallies, were included (and so far, one isn't), then I'd simply pick another army and get on with my life whilst enjoying the game. Others should to is all I'm saying
I agree. And has I said its more apparent due to the bigger following maybe. For now I will be going DA. Unless IF makes it. But with new flux of people this question will always come up. For now im happy with my new scions that I pre ordered since gw forgot my BT sprues for 2 weeks in a row. Should keep me busy until E3. I have big hopes team dont let me down.
I hope we dont get let down and BT's make it leadt with color scheme,and maybe sone perks as mentioned before,this is all i could ask for if they dont want to make it its own faction.Till then I'll see yall on the Battlefield
