Most if not all chapters dislike (hate) the inquisition and vice versa because they are power greedy and corrupt Never trust the inquisition
at the same time--the inquisition keeps an especially close eye on the space wolves, dark angels, and black templars. Black templars and Space Wolves due to numbers, and dark angels because they are closet-traitors THE MOST LOYAL CHAPTER EVER AND WANT TO SHOW THEM AS AN EXAMPLE TO OTHER CHAPTERS!!
If i recall correctly the space wolves chapter master logan decapitated an high ranking inquisitor after the inquisition fired on thier fleet
Pretty much, the Inquisition firing against SW ships, the SW refused to fight against other imperial army, the inquisition goes to Fenris and the SW said enough, Logan Grimnar teleports himself and his honor guard to the inquisitor ship and kill him.
