Veteran status for the boyz should be skarboyz, the boyz that survived the fight but yet they are not nobz. Nobz should be tied with the elite and hero units.
12 feet tall and they shoot laser beams from their eyes. No actually, most space marines stand around the mid 7 foot mark, add another 6-8 inches while inside armor.
Most marines actually seem to follow classical greecian proportions as far as their arms and legs go. Which makes sense because that would make it easier to hand them a standardized piece of equipment.
There's something else notable about the Classical Greecian proportions. We Eldar humped a Chaos God into being. Just sayin'.
I'm not saying they couldn't put in huge Orkz I mean I expect Mega Armored Nobz to be gigantic! Just not as a regular ground force is all. Making them something you earn and pay for should be much easier to work with balance wise. I'm hoping elites/heroes work sort of like Star Wars Battlefield in a way where after a bit you can spawn in some Tuff Nobz to start stompin'.
except in starwars battlefield you can't gib your teammates when they're going for the hero pick up EC however has friendly fire Wars will be fought over such pickups
Wot? Is that how it works in the new battlefield? Was talking about the original ones where your side accumulates points based on your performance then when you hit a threshold the top player can spawn in as a jedi or special character. No pick ups, that's just stupid.
yeah, new Star War Battlefront has this pickup system not even just for the heroes/villains but vehicles have their own pick-ups too But I agree, the old system could work just fine here
