Still it's not cool, i expect some kind of reparation, o doubt that if i sent a ticket asking to give me some RTO for me to pay next week i'd even get any response at all.
I got my response same as one posted above, I'm glad they said something makes me feel better I suppose. and ofc I want some apology points since I had to pay more to get more toons deck out yesterday. but I'm married and I know that apology points are stuff of fables.
They sent me an email saying it will eventually be sorted out, still, pretty frustrating, but i'm not really caring that much, customization wasn't as cool as i thought it would be.
I asked for help 3 days ago from Support. Still no answer. I paid $100 for 126,000 RTC for the cosmetics and all weapons on the UAT build. Release comes, I am NOT REFUNDED like I was promised. It should not be that hard to go through the purchase history of the players and see their current balance and do a sweep to fix this. Get like two or three interns on it. Why is this a problem??
