If it's a static mesh then sure it's essentially just a skin But our Orks need facial animations, because we don't normally use large face covering helmets like the other three factions. Otherwise our Orks would look kinda dumb with their mouths either hanging open all the time, or permanently closed while they're shouting
I want a space marine shoulder pad and hopefully being able to choose which chapter it belongs to . maybe have it as an achievement for killing X amount of space marines from a certain chapter . I really want a space marine shoulder pad. A skull necklace would be cool as thats also pretty orky

I'm pretty positive that Nathan said in the last (or maybe the one before) Twitch show that the Ork faces weren't going to be animated either. Too many resources required to make it look right. I could be wrong though (hopefully am!).
