Eh, on an Ork at least the Pistols are so damn good you can still shoot the hell out of someone. I suppose GA can take a Pistol too but ehhhh...they don't have the same toughness as a Slugga or even TA's.

How dare a Storm Shield not ignore 66% of all damage! That's not accurate to how it should function at all!

It would be one thing if it had to burn through the shield first, but straight up ignoring it is dumb.

Storm Shield should be reworked to either soak all forms of damage or reduce damage and not break. I'm not sure if it can stop a Lascannon shot, but if it can't, it should soak a hit from it and break.

Copy stats from Plasma Guns to the Stalker (minus penetration) and it'll be perfect.

IMO they're not a problem as such at range. Like, they kill the crap out of me, but that's intended to be their niche. The problem is how good they are in mid-short range combat, which is not much worse than a Bolter, assuming you can headshot. Give them screwed up accuracy when not ADSing and I don't think they'd be a real problem.
