Firstly I must say that I'm really excited for the game, and I truly look forward to trying it. I will be without a doubt be playing Chaos Space Marines, as it's already my table top army and the army I probably like the best in all of 40k right above the Tau. Now, I must utter my cry of despair however. Slaanesh seems to have been ignored by yet another developer. While the Black Legion is Chaos Undivided, I've always been a true follower of Slaanesh myself. I'm a little disappointed that there will be no Legion dedicated to my Dark God. I'm certain that others feel the same way about their preferred Nurgle, Khornite and Tzeentchite Legions as well. I may however have missed something, as I am pretty much completely new to the fact that the game exists. Would anyone care to enlighten me about what the devs have said about worshipping the various Gods?
... And is it possible to change nick name? The forums asked for my name, not a nickname. Should probably have noticed that it didn't ask for a nickname, but I didn't. Derp.
I believe the dark eldar are as close to slaanesh as this game is going to get. I would love to play a Deamonette though, those executions would be hilarious.
If you didn't notice, none of the gods got specific Legions following individual Chaos Gods because they're featuring Chaos undivided. You'd also know that the Black Legion has Warbands dedicated to specific gods while remaining the Black Legion if you looked up the featured Legions- and that Eternal Crusade will probably feature them considering they're a part of the W40K Supplement books Games Workshop is trying to push.
Looking at the post about the Chaos newsletter it looks like we're getting the Zerkers/Plagues/Rubrics/Noise Marines at some point in the future. I'm truly looking forward to blasting away with a Blastmaster. Now please let the thread die. I don't want my old account floating about the forums Furthermore, I'm fully aware of the lore and composition of the Black Legion, no need to lecture me on that ^^
