I remember when I first got it back when the game was freshly launched. I aimed it right at a SM and watched as the nades bounced right off his chest and off behind him harmlessly. He then proceeded to pump my green head full of bolter rounds. Shelf.
Watching people who are clearly inside the blast radius take no damage from this gun is just an exercise in infuriating yourself. If you aren't messing around with friends this thing is a complete joke. Dunno why they keep making so many joke uniques: avengers duty, skip, slow git, git prod, storm and fury, chaos storm bolter of absurd pricing, the chaos multimelta which does half the damage of the regular melta with about three times the recoil, I'm sure there are others. Dunno why they can't be hunter's mark and vengence storm bolter levels of good.
Ah... Ehhmm... So we will have the weapon, wich needs charging like rockit launcha, then shots three hardly-predictable moving rounds, each of them explodes by timer and gives the damage of ONE PISTOL SHOT!!! Then it needs to be reloaded. Increased reloading, I forgot. No any other changes to that whistling firecrackers tube mentioned as far as I see. Ok. At least they stoopid enought to not be able even to select something really useful to nerf. On the bright side - that gives us safe tool for fireworks while we wait for the last point capture!
They fixed the Storm and Fury, so now it is actually rather nice due to it being a "Tempest Launcher" but easier to use (less team kills and you can hit stuff indoor, sometimes). The Git Prod is fun on a Storm Boy as you can OHK a lot of enemies with it, however if you get spotted you die, a lot, so the Power Klaw is just better in that regard :/ The Slow Git seems decent on UAT, as the lower EHP means you can sometime OHK with it due to the 300 damage, hitting anything with it is... hard... Well, all in all Uniques are more often useless or only for fun, than actually useful
For me it reinforces just how little effort the devs seem to put into actually contemplating what their meddling does...
The sound is a great support for orks, The noise sounds like fireworks, wich makes every ork happy xD. Besides that, a plank with a nail in it, may be more deadly.
