Quick question: how far can I take the effects of staring at the vortex? Is there a point that you won't let me cross (attacking other players for example)?

Vortex is just this distant cyclone lookin' fing, it doesn't really have any effects I'd letcha know if there was.

So how much is the following bit of post needs re-wording then?
