"Careful with fire... Bad enough we're cut in this foliage. Would be even worse if it was all on fire with us in the middle of it." Miria stated.

  2. It was unworthy to use bloody redemtion to cut through the thick foliage, but it was neccesary and extremely effective.
"For those in need of guidence gaze upon My Crown for it is the guide of the pure" Addec said as they moved theough This wrong place, he had seen some allready needed a guiding light theough This darkness

So they traveled on and on through a sea of invasive sea grass. Addec and Alexandra finding themselves at groups head making quickest progress forward for them all with repeated blade sweeps. At least if they needed a trail back or a means of finding previously tread grounds they could just look for actual clearings in the forest, seeing as no natural gaps had been discovered thus far. If anyone bothered to check their vox was static was slowly fading off, leaving only that weeping sound which had grown a touch louder, without interference of warring sounds the voice was decidedly masculine. For a period of time there was silence to further the illusion they were actually beneath waters surface, even kelp and weed swayed to some unknown current none of them could feel. Quiet was only broken when a long, echoing cry came sweeping up to their ears, it was a sorrowful sound yet inhuman, more akin to the ancient whales of Terra.

Whereas such a sound would ultimately prove harmless, if a bit unsettling, the activity stirred up by it may very well prove to be a different story. Between gently swaying fronds and stalks any of the might witness half-seen faces, there but a split second then gone as quickly as they appeared. Exact details were nigh impossible to make out but eyes were always a constant, leering and peering there was no mistaking them as curious or wary creatures but predatory glares and accusing stares. Yet, naught would come of any of this beyond leaving the Sisters and their attached assets even more paranoid, their formation a bit tighter and weapons gripped closer.

Chronos, miraculously still working in this place would put a time stamp of three hours, fifty three minutes and twenty eight seconds in place for when they finally broke free from the confines of the forest. A wall of greenery fell away before several blades revealing an abrupt drop into apparent nothingness. It was a gap several miles wide with a continuing expanse of kelp forest on the opposite side while it stretched on in length from left to right well beyond their current field of view. All of this would of made it painfully off-putting were it not for the fact their self-set objective appeared to originate from below. Several wispy strands of white light would coil upward every couple of seconds illuminating jagged, stone walls that fell so far down below as to make it impossible to actually see the originating point of these wisps which traveled ever onward until dispersing at the surface after helping briefly keep the vortex that drew them here in the first place intact.

  4. Pushing through the kelp, even whilst subdued and now uncertain about nearly everything, Emirys still took the time to look out for threats. Seeing her own eyes glaring back at her every time she took her gaze from the Sororitas in front of her shook the Seraphim's confidence, her instincts screaming at her to both fight and flee.

When the group finally escaped the forest of sea grass, several hours after arrival, the scale of the landscape took Emirys aback, especially after the close confines of both the hive city and the forest.

[OOC: She'll come out of this mission a basket case!]

"Anyone gone crazy and need shooting" as she spoke she looked at the light "anyone got a grenade to drop down"

"Don't have a grenade, Just my flamer canisters but I would rather use those on enemy's I can see or know I can hit." She said she looked around confused at what they saw. As she found herself in the others in a odd spot she seem to make sounds of being Frustrated to see that there objective they tried to get to now was beyond there reach. As she looked around she decided something she looked the ground and soon found a pebble to through down. Now clearing her mind she began to listen and wait to hear if it made a sound when it would land.

Martha said very little. All that could be heard were the egg is of her prayers inside her iron helm. Constant prayers and nothing as to her reaction to the new environment.

Cutting through the grass and various foliage only found in water-submerged ecosystems,Enginseer made it out onto the eye-watering clearing. The noises and images in this place were disturbing and impossible to be.After a quick contemplation,Enginseer made a decision that this was all a ploy of the enemy.Looking at the faces of the Sisters, especially Emirys, did nothing to calm down his suspicions.
    They see it too.

Canones was right,it seems taint of the Archenemy rests on this place.
A thing not many men encounter, nor know of,but when they do,they will never forget the horrors that the Warp is able to spew out.Volantis knew, and he couldn't forget either.

After static, slowly faded away,Zeth raised his medium range vox, seeing it as far more superior then the systems Sisters have,in an attempt to reach any other Sister force that tried to breach this wicked place. The wailing would not stop and it even increased in volume as if they were...closer to the point of origin.Volantis tried multiple times to banish the rogue signal from his vox,but it continuously came back.

"I will try to hail any other Sister force that may have breached. We have been here a long time."spoke Zeth as he addressed the party.

Unfortunately dropping a pebble down into such a drop was a task akin to killing a war boss with a blade of grass: Pointless. It vanished into the darkness well before the twisting light spirals even started to become visible. There were no normal acoustics to return any sort of echo either.

Zeth's vox unit returned ever clearer sounds of weeping from whatever lurked below, heavy sobbing wracked with ghostly whispers of "Why...why must it be so dark..." it was followed by a particularly grating heave that left the Enginseer with a sensation akin to his own augments growing nerves to share in the spine tingling chill of misery.

  10. "Someone hand me a grenade so i can prime it to explode on contact" Addec said, whatever was down in that hole, if there was indeed anything was better off dead or banished, even if they where within its realm of lies
