No I didn't miss it the sentence after changed nothing since in a voting system the leaders of the largest guilds/server "Celebrities" will inveitably win a vastly disproportionate number of "elections" into the council just look at say WoW, if Jesse Cox or TotalBiscuit of TGS-fame ran for election of Warchief of the Horde even if they decided to only give high end raiding gear to girls who sent them topless photos they still wouldn't be voted out of power/stay out of power for any meaningful or significant period of time.
Terminator honours should be earned as a space marine rises up the ranks from initiate, tactical,devastator,assault then vet squads then you can have your chance to earn your terminator honours & not Buying them that's what ruins some games these days PAYING TO WIN..shame on you , Maybe allow deployment of a 4 man terminator Squad for rare battle deployments such as raids when the squad requires some assistance when the battle turns on them or space hulks having a battle field of terminators by people who buy it would ruin the enjoyment for others.
Okay the reason for this is for balance between the factions and classes. Terminators are powerful units, and so it is only fair that you need to spend some resources to use them. (This is assuming that they must be unlocked with in game currency, that must be earned by contributing to the war effort) - If they made Terminators a class you earn once, (even if they made you re-earn it each campaign) then everyone would immediately rush to unlock terminators, and, for the most part, play nothing else for the rest of the campaign. This would seriously mess up balance, and make the game less enjoyable! (Now, don't immediately tell me how most people will not want to play terminators if they unlock them- They do have their minuses, but still... Look at the tabletop, if you were allowed to run terminators for the same cost as tactical marines, terminators are all what all space marine armies would be) If they are forcing people to spend real money to play terminators, or even give them to option to do so, that would be insane.

I think terminator armor should be earned(like a lot of work) mainly because they aren't any pushovers on the battlefield.But also they should have some restrictions or minimum skills such as -An assault Terminator, forgoes ranged combat with increased melee skills(Dual power fist or other combinations.) -An Ranged Terminator, Heavy ranged firepower with an decreased in melee skill(Assault Cannon or other combinations.) -An Terminator variant,equally balanced in both melee and ranged(Storm bolter and Power Fist.) -Also to add in they have less maneuverbility(i spelled that wrong but I'm on mac so oops) compared to other units. Just give me Dual power fist and i'll be fine.
Skill trees. You can go termi once you get such far through the tree, the more you put xp in it the cheeper the termis.
i dont know about cheaper but once you unlock the skill then you have permanent access to it, as long as you have resources for it. Just like unlocking a weapon, except its so powerful that everytime you want to use it you have to spend resources. I think its been mentioned before, but will there be multiple in-game currencies? None of it equally real money of course but what i mean is like how Planetside 2 has "certs" which you use to unlock weapons and upgrades and then air, vehicle, and infantry resources which you use to spawn things such as tanks, jets, MAX suits (like a terminator). If EC could follow the path of PS2 with their MAXs on this, except make you unlock it first instead of giving it to you at the start, thatd be perfect.
