Think of it like Servitor & Imperial Guardsman or with the Eldar, while on the path of something civilian they would not go to war. (Guardians are exception; Although for Tau it's a bit more than that. Tau Earth and Water Caste would never grab a weapon really, it's not their thing) ; Although I allow it this time it's just as heads up for future ^^

Kais'or'es had wandered off aimlessly. I could take the simulation chambers... but they would not have dogfight scenarios nor the equipment I would require for a successful simulation, he thought - a female Air Caste Tau passed him and he gave a quick nod of approval, or I could try the cante- wait a minute or two.. The hangars! That's where I'll be going. The mighty form of a Barracuda rested before Kais'or'es. The Air Caste Tau smiled as he easily remembered the aircraft's specifications; One pilot, just the way it should be; Seven tons of weight; Length, over eleven metres, just shy of eleven and half; wingspan, exactly twelve and half metres. Walking next to the Barracuda fighter, Kais'or'es laid his against the Nano-Crystalline alloy. It has been recently repainted.. most likely even repaired and improved, he whispered and drew his fingers along the craft's hull, this is a good craft - I just know it. "Admiring our work?" A strong female voice asked behind him. Turning around Kais'or'es could see a sturdily built Earth Caste female watching him. The woman moved beside him and tapped her fingers against the Barracuda's hull. "Yes yes, we fixed it up all good; new electronics, plating, drones and burst cannons, personal equipment, pretty much everything needed to be redone from scratch - shame the pilot didn't make it, though. The pilot was a good fellow, a fellow you could actually ask what was wrong with the craft and he'd tell you what was wrong with it. Correctly. Any my name's Mesme'ter." He listened intently as the woman spoke. After she had ended her speech did he raise his hand and speak - uttermost determination and passion echoing in his voice. "I'll become its pilot," Kais'or'es said with his eyes gleaming, "I have the experience and knowledge - I know how to pilot one." Mesme'ter looked like she'd anticipated this - her face gave no clue of her inner thoughts. "Understood then, I'll forward a some requests and pull a few strings - or I could just ask someone nicely," she seemed to chuckle for a moment.. or she was having a mild cough, "you got anything you'd like in it? Some personal preferences?" Kais'or'es thought about this for a moment, his mind filled with possibilities - endless possibilities, he concluded.. better pick the most logical ones before I start over thinking this. "Yes.. yes, I would have something I would like," he said with a slight smile on his face, "I am more than certain that you will not be against some challenge.. Listen a bit.." in the simulation as they moved closer to the center of the ork base one of the squad leaders spoke to coldwind out of ear shot from the earth cast "why is she in the simulation as well" as he spoke she reacted and aimed her gun down an allyway and spoke "they will come from this direction in seven seconds" as she said this her image buzzed for a second and her voice could be heard from there "but comander why cant i help its not like they wont have help from ariel reconisens anyway" and with that her image vanished compleatly "dont worry she is not in the simulation she just has a habit of taking things into her own hands like hacking a system to add herself as a helpfull charactor" as coldwind spoke the orks could be heard from the direction the earth cast had been aiming "three lines one behind the other first line go prone second crouch and third stand" as he spoke he stood in the midell "do not let a single ork past" and with that they formed lines and fired on the orks as they came into sight then a roar of an engine could be heard "second line aim left first line keep fireing and third line on me" as he spoke he turned right as an ork warboss came into veiw with a sqaud of nobs "take them down" as he spoke bikers aproached from the opersite direction and the second line shot them

The physical training room quickly becomes a well-coordinated staging ground for a very one-sided battle, as the allies combine forces to annihilate their imaginary foes with extreme prejudice.
"That is one damnably long list of equipment you want installed," Mesme'ter said and clasped her hands together, "if that Barracuda is able to take to the air after this, I'll be amazed and quite happy.." Kais'or'es smiled widely. Surely she is not serious, passed through his mind and he gulped nervously, I only asked for seventy-two modifications and fifty-eight personal equipment.. "Surely it all does not weigh that that much? I could always thin the list down and make it slightly bet-" "Ah, cheer up, fly-boy," The female engineer said and kept her face on neutral levels, "me and the crew will get your craft all ready for some smooth flying. Now, I'll get lost and start doing some paperwork so I can actually have the Barracuda's parts ordered. See you at some point.. most likely within two days, this should not take long." With that the female was walked away. Kais'or'es sighed heavily. He felt good.. flying the Barracuda would feel even better once its modifications were finished. The pilot turned around and saw a Water Caste tau enter the hangar - the very same Tau who had kept the gamble game before. "Ahoy!" Kais'or'es greeted with a wave of his hand and walked off to speak with the Tau, "How fares it?"
fio'el kias as she sat tinkering with a rifle she sighed slightly as she looked at a screen showing the team inside the simulator and watched the fireblade move towards the warboss and a smile crept on her face "thats mision over then" cold wind as he moved he brought his blade up in one hand then moved at the warboss and nobs as the others shot them and the other bikes, as the warboss saw him with the sword he laughed "you puny creature think a sword like that would phase me" and with that he moved quicker bringing his big choper round in a swing at cold winds head only to see the blade go flying into his shoulder as the fire blade threw it "no but i expected you to charge" and with that he fired 3 shots one hiting each leag just above the knee the last hiting the hand holding his chopper higher as he then stumbeld and landed with his head next to cold winds feet "you lose" and with that he let three shots loose on the orks head
