<Earth Caste Senior>
An obvious elder Tau watched Buies' work on the XV-8 Variant with the Stealth Suit module. "The Power won't be sufficient to use Stealth and Jetpack at the same time, you forgot that it has the heavier Iridium Armor." The woman replied, smiling soft, while her voice is far harsher and rougher.

<Kroot>
A group of Kroot somewhere in a corner within the hangar heard the Water Castes announcement and discussed, some where shrugging, others were shaking their head. But one seemed to have the guts. "Gambler! Come over here... I would like to... Play." The Kroot called over to Yua'rak.

Kais'or'es heard a decently loud voice speak through the air and he immediately turned his head to look for the source. There it was; a robe wearing Tau from the Water Caste yelling something winning and challengers. Then the Air Caste member heard and, with a slight nudge of his head, saw a Kroot rise up to the challenge.
Now this will be intriguing to see; members of the Water Caste on Fal'shia rarely, closer to never, held gambling events. A slight sense of curiosity sparked within him - he wanted to see how this gamble game would be held.
"If you will excuse," Kais'or'es bowed slightly at the Fire Warrior; who in return gave a small nod, "I wish to take a look at this event - do you wish to join me?"
The Fire Warrior thought about this for a moment, before shaking his head and declining. He claimed that he would have to return to his duties soon (What ever they might, Kais'or'es thought ) and turned to walk away.
With a slight sigh Kais'or'es turned away too. Shame, the Tau thought and walked toward the member of the Water Caste, I had genuinely enjoyed his company.
"Ahoy there, might I have the honour of taking part in this event of yours?" Kais'or'es asked after he had come close enough to the Water Caste Tau, "It seems intriguing."

-Buies

"ahh yes, thank you for reminding me, i can be... forgetful, sometimes." *he said gratefully bowing his head to the woman* "especially if i focus on one thing too much. if i replaced the power core with a larger variant it would enable both to be maintained at the same time, but it would weigh the suit down a great deal thus slowing the wearer... maybe if i added stronger mechanical joints to increase wearer strength, thus cancelling out the weight effect on the wearer not hindering his movement speed, but the weight may cause it to sink down into sand, mud, or any loose dirt, and to sink faster in water...." *he said brainstorming ideas mostly to himself but to the elder as well if she was still listening*

<Earth Caste Senior>

"Why not construct it as a XV-88? Remove the Stealth Suit module for another XV-25, replace the main weapons with the newer type of underslung Railgun and put a Twin-Linked Missile System on the back?" She suggested, smiling soft as she walked up.

"Sometimes we must adapt to what we initially created - because sometimes it simply makes more sense to change your initial idea and make something you haven't thought of. That is the way of the Earth Caste at least, always creating something new - within or beyond our creativity."

"I see we have some challengers. All are welcome to play my good fire caste. The rules are simple; there are four cups." Yua'rak raised each cup one after the other to show the inside and places them back down, the bottom facing up hiding the inside. "Each is colored, a red a blue and two yellow. The object is to match the two yellow interior cups. However..." Placing his hand on the table top, with a fast motion, he shows the integrated spinning circle. The cups move from the center towards the outside bumping along various grooves quickly changing their positions. "The cups will spin until stopped, then you must find both matching cups without picking the other two."
Placing a gold slate upon the table as the starting pot. "Brave warriors of the Tau'va ready for the game?"

OOC: I had to read three-times till I understood the cups are inside colored, not outside xD

<Kroot>

"That doesn't seem too hard, Water Caste Tau. I shall try!" The Kroot said determined, standing tall and proud with his rifle attached on his back, his hands formed fists and his eyes darting upon the cups. Whatever motivated the Kroot to perform this game or join it in general was a mystery, though he seemed quite enthusiastic about it.

OOC: As a heads up, will be gone for the most of the day - taking my wife the whole day out

"Please, call me Yua'rak my friend."
Spinning the cups, they moved between each other changing directions and position. Better make it easy, Yua'rak muses to himself. Resting his hands on the table, he plays with an unseen dial. Instantly, the cups positions changing slows becoming easier to follow. The Kroot doesn't notice and thinks it is part of the game.
"Try your luck, first try on the house."
The Kroot effortlessly chooses the two cups with yellow on the inside.
"We have a winner!" Yua'rak hands the gold slate to the Kroot. "Tell me friend, what's your name and could I interest you in another round?" As Yua'rak says this, with a slide of hand he reveals three more gold slates from his sleeve. Hoping to draw a larger crowed of would be challengers. The patient hunter applies to more than war.

"they did send me an XV8 to repair... but.. yes that could work.. i could add some armor on the vital areas, and remove the stealth module allowing me to use the weight that the stealth module would use for heavier weaponry... yes, maybe a rail gun for one arm and a pulse cannon or a flamer on the other... yes... the missile pods would be easy to install" *he said as images formed in his head of how he could change the suit to fit its new role* "and thank you once again, i can become too focused on one thing sometimes and do not think of other options, it helps me complete a task faster in whatever way im focusing on, but like i said... i can focus on one idea too much and forget there are other ways of doing it, i am grateful to you ma'am, i must remember to... how do they say.. 'think outside the box' more often"

<Kroot>
"My name does not matter, but perhaps in Tau tongue it means something like lucky hunter?" The Kroot joked and laughed, looking over to his 'friends' aka pack, two out of the eight facepalmed on his reaction.

He turned back to the Water Caste Tau. "Another round - let's see if another hunt will be successful."


<Earth Caste Senior>
The Female smiled bright and nodded slowly. "The XV-8 for repairs was sent by Fio'Vre'Elsy'eir'Codrus (Earth Caste Leader) was it not? So you better do your best to impress her, perhaps she could teach you a trick or two in person."

She told the male Earth Caste member while inspecting the repairs so far on the Battlesuit. She had many ideas of how it could be adapted - Though it would depend on it's use in the end. Flamers would mean close combat. Missiles allow long range combat. Although the male had quite a few ideas himself.

"Excuse me I am heading off for the Caste meeting now, what is your name, my friend?" The woman asked as she was heading towards the door.

"Fio'Ui'Bork'An'Buies. could i learn yours by chance?" *he said not looking up as he had begun removing the stealth module, both a flamer AND missile pods would allow for long range combat and to still be able to fight at close range, he was putting the railgun and missile pods on either way, but was contemplating the flamer or a burst cannon for the unused hand*
