As for the additional combat "helpers" you can pick three grenades (plasma, haywire, stun, smoke, poison, incendiary) and one shot of standard combat drugs, like before (Serpentin (d6 bonus on your next d3 attacks) or Adrenalight (an extra attack for d3 rounds). Keep in mind that, due to the fact Dark Eldar combat drugs are highly toxic, after the effect wears off I'll roll an additional dice for possible drawback such as losing some hp, getting stunned, etc. Therefore taking combat drugs is optional.

Entering the armory Aesra grabbed two haywire grenades, one incendiary grenade and a dose of Serpintin. Once he was satisfied he approached the Dracon Kouron, "Dracon I wish to request a squad of Reavers, four squads of kabalites, three squads of hellions, with Raiders for transport." He knew that the request was large, but the way he saw it, the more he asked for the better chance of him getting what he actually needed. Honestly a smaller force would work but he would rather not risk failure for underestimating the Tau. They were inferior but a cornered enemy was far more dangerous than a superior one.
