I have no Idea what GMT is. Also, do you mean like the thing that some people have underneath their posts?
GMT= Greenwich Mean Time i.e U.K Time so +0 hour timezone. And yes, I do mean the banner or message you sometimes see under posts, for example Necroledo's Crimson Slaughter banner.
GMT here too. And I support the use of banners; it's a great way to create a community and announce us to possible new members. @Xanxas I will definetely have a look at those previous posts. Right know my head is storming with ideas for the Necrons. My intention is to create a series of topics on the Founders' Lounge providing these ideas and a place for discussion on several aspects of how to include Necrons as a playable race: dinasties/aesthetics upgrades, basic mechanics (self-repair), classes, vehicles, equipment... That way the general Eternal Crusade community could realize how great it would be to have them ingame as a playable race, and giving the Developers some ideas discussed by the community to start on. What do you guys think?
Awesome. Give me some time to read your ideas and elaborate those topics; I'd like to post them more or less at the same time.
I believe someone earlier had the idea to make one but didn't go through with it. If you would that'd be marvellous! Though as a precatuion if you had all your ideas posting them here first may be a good way to remove any issues that more "unsupportive" memebers may see and exploit thus leading to a much more problematic thing.
I also thought of another customizable option for the necrons. Besides glow effects what if the voices used where different. Like a deep metallicy one or a highpitched rasp (for crypteks or something) Further more how would scarabs be introduced if at all?
Good idea! I will post them here first. I also like your customization options! About the scarabs... what if they could be spawned as computer controlled drones to perform a variety of functions? Necrons don't use grenades, but scarabs could act as bullet sponges, recon drones, direct attack swarms... in all cases with a limited lifespan, and can be destroyed by the enemy. Only certain units could deploy them, but the role they would perform could be some sort of unlockable "perks" that change their functionality.
